How long does a Build take?
A defined scope agreed up front, typically running to a specific set of deliverables rather than an open-ended retainer. We'll give you a timeline once we know what needs building.
Do we need a Sprint first?
Not always. If you already know what's broken, Build can start directly. If you don't, Sprint is the faster route to a scope that's actually right.
