How long does a Sprint take?
A fixed duration agreed up front, typically a small number of weeks. The end date is part of the product.
What do we need to prepare?
Access to your management accounts, bank statements and whatever reporting you currently have, plus access to the right people in the business. We'll tell you exactly what's needed once we've scoped the Sprint.
What happens after the Sprint?
You leave with a diagnosis, a prioritised plan, and a clear view of what to fix first. Some businesses take that plan and run with it. Others bring us in through Build or Scale to deliver it.
