SITUATION

The Situation

1

What usually happens

The forecast gets patched after the fact, once the gap is already visible, instead of catching it early enough to act.
2

How Pillr helps

A Sprint reviews the current forecast and the setup behind it, and identifies whether that's where the problem lies. If the forecast needs rebuilding, the Sprint scopes it and Build delivers it.

How we get you ready

1

A verdict on the forecast

Whether it holds up or needs rebuilding, named clearly. Any rebuild is scoped in the Sprint and delivered through Build.

The bank conversation, handled

A credible position to bring to a lender, not a scramble.

3

Early warning, going forward

A plan for how gaps get flagged in weeks, not the week they land.

Questions we get asked

How quickly will we know where the forecast stands?

A Sprint runs for a fixed duration agreed up front, typically a small number of weeks. In that time we review the current forecast and scope any rebuild, which Build then delivers.

Can you speak to our bank or lender directly?

Yes, where it helps. We can prepare the numbers and the narrative, and join the conversation if that's useful.

Is this a one-off fix or an ongoing thing?

A Sprint is a fixed-length diagnostic, so it is a one-off by design. What happens next depends on what it finds: some businesses take the plan and run with it, others bring us in through Build or Scale to deliver it.

OUR APPROACH

Getting started is simple

Get in touch and we'll set up a short call to talk through where things stand. If a Sprint is the right next step, we'll scope it there and then. If it's Build, Scale, or Deal, we'll tell you that too, and why.
