THE PILLR FOR THIS

Scale: ongoing forecasting and FP&A, in the room

Talk to us

Signals you’re in it

Board decisions are waiting on numbers that take too long to arrive

The finance function hasn't changed in structure since the business was half this size

Growth has started to feel harder to manage, not easier

SITUATION

The Situation

What usually happens

More gets asked of the same setup until it's stretched past what it can reliably do, and nobody's stopped to rebuild it for where the business actually is now.

How Pillr helps

Scale puts an ongoing strategic finance partner in the business: senior judgement in the room, not just faster reporting, so growth stops outrunning the function that's meant to support it.

CHALLENGES

How we get you ready

A function built for the next stage, not the last one

Structure and people shaped for where the business is going.

Senior judgement, in the room

An operator alongside you for the calls that matter, not a report after the fact.

Decisions that don't wait on the numbers

Reporting fast and trustworthy enough to actually act on.

Questions we get asked

How is this different from hiring a finance director?

Scale is a partnership, not a hire: senior finance judgement without the time or cost of a full-time appointment, scoped to what the business actually needs.

How involved is Pillr day to day?

As involved as the business needs. Some clients want a few days a month, others want someone effectively in the room every week.

What if we outgrow Scale too?

That's a good problem. At that point we help build the case for a full-time hire and hand over cleanly.

OUR APPROACH

Getting started is simple

Get in touch and we'll set up a short call to talk through where things stand. If a Sprint is the right next step, we'll scope it there and then. If it's Build, Scale, or Deal, we'll tell you that too, and why.
